This privacy policy applies to the Excel-to-Word Document Automation Add-In, AnalysisPlace document automation APIs, the AnalysisPlace.com website, and other AnalysisPlace services.

AnalysisPlace collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, and company name when you use our services. AnalysisPlace also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your country and browser language. Our systems also automatically collect information about your computer hardware and software. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, referring website addresses, operating system version data, and Microsoft Office identification and version data. This information is used by AnalysisPlace for the operation of the applications and website, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide statistics regarding the use of AnalysisPlace services.

USE OF USER SUBMITTED INFORMATION
The Add-in allows the user to update/create Word and PowerPoint content (text, tables, and charts) based on Excel data and calculations. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold on that content. By using the AnalysisPlace website and/or Add-in, you grant AnalysisPlace, a license to use your information to enable the functionality of the Applications.
USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
AnalysisPlace collects and uses your personal information to operate the AnalysisPlace website and deliver the services you have requested. AnalysisPlace may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of updates and new services that may be offered by AnalysisPlace.
AnalysisPlace does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists (or any customer data) to third parties. AnalysisPlace may share data with trusted partners to help us send you email or provide customer support. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to AnalysisPlace, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing, or processing. AnalysisPlace will take reasonable steps to protect the security of your data.
To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity, such as requiring a password and user ID, before granting access to your data. You have the responsibility to protect your credentials from unauthorized disclosure. Authorization credentials are granted to an individual user and may not be shared between users. AnalysisPlace reserves the right to deny service or revoke authorization credentials of users who misuse or fail to protect their authorization credentials. AnalysisPlace accepts no liability for any damages resulting from unauthorized access due to a user’s failure to protect authorization credentials.
When your data or personal information is transmitted over the internet, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
While you can terminate your account at any time, your information may remain stored in archive on our servers even after the deletion or termination of your account. However, we will not sell, transfer, or use the information relating to the terminated account of an individual in any way.
The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore AnalysisPlace cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically and transmission of such data is therefore entirely at your own risk.
